1. General Terms:

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to place an order.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

 

2. Pricing and Payments:

Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT as per Bangladesh regulations.

Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD) or other specified methods at checkout.

 

3. Order Confirmation:

Orders are confirmed only after receiving payment details or confirming the Cash on Delivery option.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or other unforeseen errors.

 

4. Delivery Policy:

Inside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.

Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.

Once the product is delivered, the responsibility for the item lies with the customer.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product and must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

6. Privacy and Security:

Your personal information is protected and managed according to our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Limitations of Liability:

Garden Luxury BD is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or courier issues.
